David Bryant, a 2x Paralympian, Accredited Sports Dietitian, and accomplished endurance athlete, shared his practical insights on nutrition for peak performance. With personal bests including a marathon time of 2:48 and top rankings at international Paratriathlon competitions, David knows firsthand the critical role nutrition plays in achieving elite results.
